I knew going into this weekend that it would be difficult. I had family dinners at yummy places. My goal is just not to gain any significant weight back. Amazed at no real pains of hunger. There is a feeling but it is not an overpowering hunger. I was offered cookies at the office. There are now starting to be comments as I do not eat lunch and drink my shakes. This is where there needs to be a mental battle also. I spent the weekend at Lake Burton, GA. Skiing, tubing and knee boarding. Also eating whatever I wanted. I got on the scale on Sunday as the weekend was winding down - 250lbs. Alright, time to do something!!! &lt;br /&gt;

I am a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;MonaVie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; distributor. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;MonaVie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; released a new weight management product at the beginning of the year and I have heard great things about it. So today I started the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;MonaVie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;RVL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; program. I will blog my experience... &lt;br /&gt;

I have the Vanilla Cream shake mix and the Berry yogurt bars. I started this morning with a vanilla shake mixed with water and a half packet of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Crystal&lt;/span&gt; Light Wild Strawberry on the go drink mix. Okay!!! Really??? I just finished my shake. It was good. But someone in the office just made bacon in the microwave. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;OMG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;!!! The smell. I don't even really want any bacon but the smell is making me hungry and driving me crazy. &lt;br /&gt;

I drank another shake for lunch. It is difficult when everyone is asking where you are going for lunch and inviting you to all kind of yummy places. But I resisted! I drank my shake. &lt;br /&gt;

4:30pm - here is the hunger! Powered through it with more water and a new trick - GUM!!! &lt;br /&gt;

Okay - here is where I will stay real with everyone. I am not eating HEALTHY Dinners right now. I want to show you the real weaknesses of people who do this. My sensible dinner - cheeseburger with fries and 3 light beers. Some people will criticize this. I did not have to tell anyone. But those who struggle with their weight and food will understand. I'm not writing this for the skinny people and those who eat healthy. I'm a real person who really struggles with food.
